According to Training Council records Grubbs joined the Atlanta Police Department in December 2013 as a cadet.
After completion of 1 year, He became a full police officer.
Grubbs is portrayed as a good officer by the State Police Certification Agency.
The Atlanta Journal Constitution reported that the Atlanta Police Department should pay $60 million and Grubbs $40 million.
